Peter Schneider
Peter founded his custom home building business in 1984. He brings his 20+ years experience and knowledge of residential custom building to each customer by efficiently managing each project hands-on. He's been featured in national trade magazines and local publications and he's served on the Board of Directors of the Fairfield County Home Builders Association. In addition to his Business Degree from WCSU, Peter has continually updated his professional education to stay informed of the latest building techniques, trends, materials and building code requirements.

Over the years he's built custom homes and major additions in western Connecticut from Stamford to Sherman, and the great majority of his customers have employed his design-build service.

John Larson
John's professional design is evident in all of our design build projects. All of the photos on this web site are of homes & additions he has designed in collaboration with each customer. His ability to solve design problems in a creative yet conservative fashion provides true value to you! John also works hands on in the field, helping Peter to actually construct each home or addition. This keeps him aware of construction realities. He designs things that can be built!

Together, Peter, John and our team of loyal Trade Contractors build custom designed homes and additions of consistent quality, completed within budget and on time. Our constant goal is to deliver a completed project to our customers in a manner that is enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. Our "personal attention" approach to the work we do allows our customers to feel comfortable with the entire team.

We are fully insured and registered with the state of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
