Each year the Homebuilder’s Association of Connecticut challenges its 1,400 member firms to submit their best projects for peer review and judging. The prestigious Home Building Industry Awards (The HOBI) is a highly competitive program that recognizes and showcases the best products and services offered  by builders and members of the housing industry for excellence in home design and construction, superior quality, detailing and execution, remodeling, commercial construction, land development, and home sales & marketing.

Peter has won the following HOBI Awards:

• 2009 Best Remodeled Home $500K - $750K

Peter also served on the panel of judges for the HOBI Awards in 1997.

Steven & I can not thank you enough for the beautiful job you have done on renovating our home.

We were very concerned and anxious at the beginning of this project because we had heard the horror stories from our friends that had previously gone through building renovations. From our initial meeting right through the completion of the project, we are still amazed at how smoothly and efficiently every detail was handled.

We are grateful at the way the project was left each evening. We could always tell that someone took the time to tidy up the jobsite - our neighbors were very appreciative. Also, we would like to commend all the men that were on the job, they were also very considerate and helpful with all of our concerns and questions.

A great experience from beginning to end. From planning and tear down, through construction and final finishing, every aspect of the project was outstanding. Dear future Schneider Custom Home Owner,

We have had the pleasure of living in our beautiful Schneider custom built home for a couple of years now and wanted to share our building experience with you.

While working with Peter, we always found him to be reliable, trustworthy and honest. He is a man who is respected, liked, and enjoyed by his peers. We visited many building suppliers during our design phase; the suppliers not only knew Peter, but also went out of their way to comment on the pleasure of working with him.

In Peter's profession, many subcontractors are needed for different parts of the project. We found that Peter's contractors were hand chosen and equally reliable. The quality of workmanship remained consistent throughout the building process.

Peter is deadline oriented. He lives up to and by the contract. Well after our home was completed, Peter was and still is a valuable resource and friend.
